Cara loves to share tools to support people on their path. Her yoga and meditation practice has always supported her no matter where she is, allowing grace, humility, and a sense of calm. It brings her such great pleasure to share it with others.

Cara comes to the table with a deep understanding of simple tools to enhance clarity and mindfulness. She teaches to the heart of the room and meets everyone where they are with compassion and honesty.

Cara has been teaching yoga and leading retreats for 18 years and is a certified Reiki Master. She is the Co-owner and Director of five franchise CorePower Yoga studios on the Central Coast and has been leading teams for the majority of her career.

​

Cara spends her free time with her husband, Danny and 2 boys, Dylan and Leo. Life in Santa Barbara has provided them business opportunities, personal expansion and outdoor living that they love. The surrounding mountains and ocean keep them busy in the sun. They adore their travels together and time with dear friends and family.

The result is inspired individuals interested in deepening human to human connection while creating an extraordinarily successful business.

Outside of coaching, she can be found adventuring with her partner of 25+ years and her two kiddos.
